These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Website, as well as purchases made through our online store.

By accessing or using this Website, you declare that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Object - These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the Website, as well as the purchasing conditions for products sold by Alkarub.

2. Use of the Website - Use of the Website is permitted to any user aged 18 or over.

When using the Website, the user undertakes not to use it for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to Portuguese law.

3. Products and Orders - All products presented on the Website are subject to availability in stock. Alkarub reserves the right to modify, at any time, information about products, prices, promotions and commercial conditions.

Orders are considered valid upon receipt of payment. The customer will receive a confirmation email with the details of their purchase.

4. Prices and Payment- The prices indicated include VAT at the legal rate in force. Payment can be made by [Credit Card, MB Way, Bank Transfer, etc.].

5. Deliveries - Deliveries are made through the CTT service. Delivery times vary depending on the address and product availability. Alkarub is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties (e.g. carrier).

6. Right of Free Resolution- Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days of receipt of the order.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, without signs of use. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Return of food products:
For food safety and hygiene reasons, our teas can only be returned if the packaging is intact, sealed and without signs of having been opened. We do not accept returns of consumable products that have already been opened, partially consumed or manipulated.
If the product is defective or does not correspond to the order placed, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt, via email [your email], so that we can assess and resolve the situation.

7. Guarantees and Complaints - All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. In the event of a defect, the customer must notify us by email with a description and, if possible, a photograph of the product.

8. Intellectual Property - All contents of the Website (texts, images, logos, design, etc.) are the property of Alkarub and are protected by copyright. Their reproduction in whole or in part is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization.
