Return policy

At Alkarub, we want to guarantee your complete satisfaction with our products.

However, and in accordance with Portuguese legislation, there are specific restrictions when it comes to food products and consumables, such as our teas.

Right of Free Resolution (Return)

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the consumer has the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason,

provided that:

The product has not been opened, used or damaged;

The original packaging is intact and sealed;

The product is in a condition suitable for sale.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, we do not accept returns of products that:

Present the packaging open or damaged;

Have been used, even partially;

Whether they are personalized or prepared specifically for the client.

Defective product or shipping error

If you receive a product:

With manufacturing defect;

Damaged in transit;

Different from what you ordered;

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, via email, attaching photos of the product and packaging, so that we can analyze and proceed with the replacement or refund, at no additional cost to the customer.

How to make an eligible return

Please send us an email with your order number and reason for return.

After validation, we will send you instructions for the return.

The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.

Note: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part.
